Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) with support from the German Federal Foreign Office/ifa-zivik, held a technical session on Tuesday, 5 October 2021, to assess the administrative implications of the Constitution Alteration Bill seeking to create women-only seats in the federal and state legislative houses. The discussions were centred majorly around Timelines and Party Nominations, Voting Operations and Constituency Demarcation, and Guidelines and Regulations of the Independent Electoral commission (INEC).
