Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) with support from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), held a Capacity Development Retreat for the House of Representatives Committee on Human Rights. The retreat which held at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja, was intended to develop a mechanism for legislative response to human rights violations in Nigeria.
