BILL IN BRIEF: Exceptions to Immunity from criminal liability

This Bill seeks to exclude immunity from criminal liability for persons holding executive offices (i.e. President, Vice President, Governor and Deputy Governor) where the offence involves misappropriation of funds belonging to the Federal, State or Local Government and also the use of thugs to foment violence.
