On Monday, October 7, 2024, the Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) officially launched the 2024 edition of its Legislative Internship Programme with a warm welcome dinner at Transcorp Hilton, Abuja.

Now in its 10th edition, the programme supported by the European Union has become a flagship opportunity for young Nigerians to gain real-world experience in Nigeria’s National Assembly.

Opened by PLAC’s Executive Director, Clement Nwankwo, the event brought together interns, from across the country.

PLAC’s Legislative Internship is more than a programme, it’s a pipeline for Nigeria’s next generation of democratic leaders.
