Welcome Dinner and Orientation/Induction for PLAC Legislature Interns

PLAC 2022 Internship

PLAC’s legislative Internship Programme 2022 started on Tuesday, 4^th of October, 2022 with a welcome dinner for 38 interns selected from different parts of the country. The ceremony which held at the Broadfield Hotels Apo Residence, Abuja was opened by Clement Nwankwo, the Executive Director of PLAC. The orientation session for the interns followed on Wednesday, 5^th October and Thursday, 6^th October, 2022 with presentations by various Resource Persons on legislative issues as a way of preparing them to take up legislative tasks in National Assembly committees where they would be deployed. PLAC’s legislative internship was piloted in 2013. This is the 6^th Legislative Internship programme being organised by PLAC with support from the European Union.
