📻 PLAC Interns Discuss Human Rights Day on Hot FM Abuja

As part of activities marking International Human Rights Day 2025, PLAC Legislative Interns featured on a live radio programme on HOT FM 98.3 Abuja to discuss the significance of human rights and what the day means for young people.

The programme featured Great Ezeanya (Anambra State) and Philemon Ajeye (Kaduna State), who shared their perspectives on the importance of promoting and protecting human rights, particularly among young Nigerians. The interns highlighted the relevance of human rights in everyday life, the role of young people in advancing democratic values, and the need for increased civic awareness and participation.

Through the discussion, they emphasized the importance of understanding fundamental rights and responsibilities as active citizens and encouraged young people to contribute positively to building a more just, inclusive, and democratic society.
