PLAC’s Constitution Resources page, launched in June 2021 features the Constitution amendment process, previous amendment efforts, advocacy toolkit for civil society organisations (CSOs) on Constitution review. In addition, it contains past Constitution alterations, as well as details on the on-going Constitution Review exercise by the 9th National Assembly. These include issues raised at the Constitution Review public hearings, members of the Constitution Review Committees in both houses of the National Assembly and the Constitution amendment bills referred to the respective Committees. The page also features the 1999 Nigerian Constitution with the first, second, third and fourth alterations.
