Shadimu Mutiu Alao (PDP: Lagos) raised concerns over INEC\u2019s capacity stating that INEC had disenfranchised millions of Nigerians nationwide in the 2015 General Elections by failing to distribute PVC\u2019s in certain areas. The lawmaker also called for the immediate distribution of PVC\u2019s within INEC\u2019s possessionand described INEC\u2019s conduct as in variance with the intendment of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 2010.
