Executive Director of PLAC, Clement Nwankwo gave the Statement of Purpose\/ Welcome Remarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Various presentations delivered at the retreat include \u2018<strong><em>Addressing Legal and Constitutional Impediments faced by the Committee in delivering on its Mandate<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 by Senator Ita Enang; and \u2018<strong><em>Strategic\/ Work Plan Development for the Committee in the 10<sup>th<\/sup> Assembly<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 by Dr. Aminu Umar.
