The report offers\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.iri.org\/news\/statement-of-the-first-joint-ndi-iri-pre-election-assessment-mission-to-nigeria\/\">24 specific and actionable recommendations<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0for key stakeholders to undertake before the 2023 elections, to ensure the process is free, fair, inclusive, and peaceful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report noted among other points, that the recent\nsurge in voter registration numbers especially among young people, points to a\nrenewed interest in political participation among Nigerians.
