The donation was made by PLAC\u2019s Executive Director, Clement Nwankwo at a brief ceremony at INEC\u2019s headquarters in Abuja. The equipment were received by the Secretary of the Commission, Mrs. Rose Orianran-Anthony on behalf of the INEC Chairman, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since\n2010, PLAC has received support from the MacArthur Foundation, to support the\nadvancement of election management in Nigeria.
