The general public, executive and judicial arms of government, civil society organisations and other interest groups are invited to make their submissions on several highlighted matters, which include but are not limited to gender equality for women and girls, federal structure and power devolution, Nigeria Police and Nigerian security architecture, comprehensive judicial reforms, residency and indigene provisions, and electoral reforms. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Committee, which is chaired\nby the Deputy President of the Senate, Sen. Ovie Omo-Agege is comprised of 58 lawmakers\nrepresenting the thirty-six States of the Federation and the 6 geo-political\nzones. Other members of the Ad-hoc Committee include the 8 Principal Officers\nof the Senate. Since the inauguration of the 9<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;National\nAssembly, several Constitution amendment bills have been proposed by\nlawmakers and referred to the Ad-hoc Committee for further legislative action. It would\nbe recalled that the President of the Senate, Sen.
