This video features PLAC’s 2021 Legislative Interns calling on eligible Nigerian citizens, particularly youths to register to be able to vote at elections. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) commenced Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) on 28th June 2021 and the exercise is still ongoing at the Commission’s local government offices nationwide, except in Anambra State, where the exercise has been suspended in preparation for the governorship election in the State scheduled for 6th November. Eligible citizens are enjoined to seize the opportunity of the on-going CVR exercise to get registered, while already registered voters who have challenges with their Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) are expected to approach the Commission, to rectify these issues.
